Let's go back to Lechon Haus, so as we all know now that Lechon was not originally made from Philippines but just a inherited from Spaniards.

Lechon Haus menu is more on Lechon of course but they also offer Pork Sisig, Roasted Chicken, Sinigang and more Filipino dish. The place is big enough to accommodate all the people who will come to eat especially a group of family, and friends. We order Pork Sisig, Roasted Chicken and of course the Lechon that they are proud of. Lechon Haus serves “rolled up lechon” or porchetta style lechon. This style of cooking pork originated from Italy and it was eagerly adopted by Filipinos in making lechon. Pork is deboned, salted then rolled up along with aromatic herbs and then cooked on a fire.

Lechon lovers will love Lechon Haus. The portions are just right for people who want to get a quick fix of Lechon and they have also unlimited rice that will full your stomach. Our budget per person here is 99-300 but since we came as a group we try different dish in their menu. We could say that all the money that we give is "sulit" because the food will fill your tummy.
